Shipping, Fulfilment and Delivery Polciy

We offer shipping worldwide for physical album orders. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on the destination. Please note that orders may take up to 2 business days to process before shipping.

All physical album orders will be fulfilled by our third-party logistics partner. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. We aim to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that fulfilment times may vary based on the availability of the album and third partner capacity. 

Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. If your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Lost or Damaged Orders:
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with our logistics partner to resolve the issue and either send a replacement or issue a refund.


Digital Orders:
For digital album orders, you will receive a download link via email once your payment has been processed. Please ensure that your email address is correct and that your email provider does not block messages from our domain. We are not responsible for any issues that arise from an incorrect email address or email provider blockage.
