Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy

Amy Gillen Flute strives to provide customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of an album from us, we offer the following refund, return, and cancellation policy:

 

Refunds:

We offer a full refund for any album that is returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the album must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition. Shipping charges are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once we receive the returned album and confirm that it meets our refund criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

 

Returns:
If you receive a damaged or defective album, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement album to be sent to you at no additional cost. If you wish to return an album for any other reason, you may do so within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the album must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition. Shipping charges are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once we receive the returned album and confirm that it meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order for an album, you may do so within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately to request a cancellation. If your order has already been shipped, you may still return the album in accordance with our return policy.
